How To Swim For Dummies (my style)

Hello guys, today's entry inspired by my buddy last entry. FYI me and my buddy  don't even know how to swim at all at first, we just enjoy ourself playing in the water but both of us really want to swim but we don't know how? and where to start. Swimming class? we believe that we can't afford to pay for the fee and we are ashamed of our ignorance about swimming (at that time we are at the age of should know how to swim) therefore we just let that dream slip away.  One day me and my buddy unexpectedly plan to go for a swim in Port Dickson (Pantai Cermin named after the crystal clear water there).

The journey begin as early as I can't remember because of we need to go to other state. Me and my buddy plus one of my student (and also my neighbor). 3 of us know nothing about swimming we went there for relieve stress from our work. During we were there, we just play with the water and having fun, but something caught my eyes  I saw one guy swimming in front of us and at that time suddenly I felt brave enough to try and tada I can call myself a swimmer after that (FYI I had learn how to float before but I don't know how to swim). later I started to teach my buddy and my student from a swimmer I was upgraded myself to be swimming instructor (haha)  Ok I will not make the introduction long enough till you guys stop read this entry and open other website. ( haha kidding  :D),


How To Swim For Dummies (my style) :


1st : You need to learn how to float your body. My style I will try to lie down (my face facing the water, hand touch the ground underwater to support your body let your both leg float as well as your body don't let go your hand yet.



Kinda like this but don't let your leg float high like that must be same level we your body and your head above the water


2nd : With the same position, now breath in and hold your breath, while hold your breath let your hand go one by one, if you sink a bit it is ok don't panic. Clear your mind and let yourself float (remember to hold your breath). Try again as many as you want.

3rd : If you brave enough and confident, now try move your leg up and down (not both left). After let your hands do the same but different side right hand left leg and vice versa. You will feel your body float and move a bit ( still holding your breath)



Kinda like this let your hand do the same ( right hand left leg and vice versa)


4th : If you succeed with 1-3 steps now I will pronounce you a swimmer maybe not a good a swimmer because of you need to practice more to become like me (now I can do front crawl and backstroke)

4 easy step for a beginner to learn how to swim, make sure prepare for your safety beforehand, don't try the step alone without someone know how to swim ( my suggestion start with small children pool) ok bye... see ya
